We wish you are a very happy customer and enjoy the shopping experience here at Fancyladies.com. However if it should happen any dissatisfaction in the process of purchasing, we will try our best to help you to settle the difficulty and give you a satisfying answer/resolution.
- General Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your item for exchange or a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Only the items caused in the following cases can be return for an exchange or refund:1. We shipped you the wrong item 2. We shipped you an item in the wrong color/size 3. We shipped you a defective item
Please contact us as soon as possible if you received the problem items of your order. You are requested to submit the information such as your name, order number, photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received, so that we can check and settle this problem in time.
Please note that all returned items must
1. be in brand-new condition 2. be unused and with original tags and packaging 3. be unworn / unaltered / unwashed/ odorless 4. have no stains, rips, odors or damage of any kind 5. be returned with all accessories
- Items that you may not return and exchange or refund
Make to orders items such as wedding & occasion dresses (except “ready-to-ship” dresses) cannot be return or exchange unless our mistake has led to your dissatisfaction.
Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
Lingerie is sold as personal and intimate underclothing, no returns or exchange.
Please do not return lingerie to us as we cannot accept these items.
- Final Sale & Clearance Item
Please do not return final sale and clearance items to us as we cannot accept these items.
- Return Process
Contact us to request for a return. Please provide us with your name, order number and the reason you would like to return the item by email.
We send you a “RAN” (returning authorized number). Please send back the item within 5 days after receiving the RAN. Order number & RAN will be requested to write on the package, or the package will be REFUSED and will NOT be refunded or exchanged.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected and you will be issued the appropriate store credit in accordance with our policy within 3~5 wording days.

- Mis-shipped & Wrong shipped Items
Mis-shipped & Wrong shipped items will be eligible for a full refund. If it should happen that we sent you the wrong items (wrong size/color/style), your returning request should be informed within 7 days upon of receiving your order. You are asked to provide the evidence with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items.
- Sizing or Fitting Issues
As all of our Occasional dresses except ready-to-ship dresses are made to orders, they are custom-tailored to your personalized measurements; the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.
NOTE: We are not responsible and cannot offer a return or exchange for the wrong size or measurements you ordered by yourself.
- Color Mismatch
There will be a little color difference for the same color from different fabrics. Different monitors, view settings, web browsers, and operating systems may also cause slightly color variations, which may not mean that the item is defective or wrong delivery. They are not grounds for a return. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in wrong color, please contact us at Customer Service Request Express. We will help you.
