The total time to receive your FancyLadies order is formed by Processing time + Shipping time.

Processing time is vary from different category to category. Normally, Wedding & Occasion category will take 15~20 business days for processing, other categories will take 2~6 business days for processing.

Shipping time will differ from different shipping methods you chosen. Please refer to the below timescale to learn more.

1. 1."Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
2. 2.Please note that DHL, UPS and Standard Mail Post cannot ship to military and P.O. boxes address.

We wish you are a very happy customer and enjoy the shopping experience here at Fancyladies.com. However if it should happen any dissatisfaction in the process of purchasing, we will try our best to help you to settle the difficulty and give you a satisfying answer/resolution.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your item for exchange or a refund, please contact uswithin 7 days of receiving your order.

1. 1.We send you a "RAN" (returning authorized number). Please send back the item within 5 days after receiving the RAN. Order number & RAN will be requested to write on the package, or the package will be REFUSED and will NOT be refunded or exchanged.
2. 2.The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.
3. 3.Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected and you will be issued the refund in accordance with our policy within 3~5 wording days.
