- 1. How to order from Fancyladies.com?
It is very quick, convenient and easy to shop on fancyladies.com. Just following the below simple steps to create an account, find your wish items, add into cart then check out to place the order. You’ll be enjoying amazing prices on our merchandise in no time!
Step One: Click "Join Free” at the head of any webpage at fancyladies.com, fill in your name, email address and password to create your own account.
Step Two: Browse our product categories or search by keywords from our search bar at the middle top of any webpage to find what you want.
Step Three: Choose the right color, size, quantity at the product detail page, then click “Add to Cart” to add it into shopping cart
Step Four: In the Cart page you can apply your coupon code (if you have) to get a discount, then click “Check Out” to fill in the shipping & billing address, choose shipping & payment method to process your order.
Step Five: After completing all the above steps now you can click the button “Place Order” to submit the order.
- 2. Which payment methods you guys accept?
Fancyladies accept three different payment methods for you to pay your order. They are Visa, Wire Transfer and Western Union. For more detail information of each payment method, please refer to our “Payment Options”
- 3. How to change/cancel an order?
Unpaid order cancellation
If you made an order by mistake without payment, please feel at ease, as our system will cancel the unpaid orders automatically over 7 days.
Paid & Processing order cancellation
Please contact us immediately if you want to change/cancel a paid or processing order. Please note that there may be restocking or other fees involved when cancelling an order at this stage. You can learn more about this issue by reading our "Return & Exchange Policy"
Shipped out order cancellation
Please note that we do not accept cancellation or changing to orders once they are in transit.
- 4. How long can I get my order after payment?
The time for you to receive the order is formed by processing time and delivery time.
Processing time includes the products preparing, quality checking and packing. It will vary from different items and quantity you ordered.For the average processing times for all product categories, please see “Shipping Terms”
Delivery time can be pre-calculated from the shipping method you choose for your order. For the detail posting time of each shipping methods,please refer to our “Shipping Terms”

You'll find the most updated information about your order by visiting My Account and tracking your orders. If you checked out as guest you will receive email with the order status updated from us. Or you can also contact us for the order update information by providing your oder number.
