Absolutely love love love it! Perfect fit! I am a little worried first since there's no back details about this dress. So I contacted with the customer service team for more back view details, I received a reply within 3 hours about the specific design at the back. If I order your standard US8 and it does not fit, will FL refund this if I send this back immediately following all of your terms of time? There will not be a need for a special cut or special order.

Usually, we will not suggest returning the dresses to us if they don't like them, as the shipping fee for returning is too high and will be charged by our customers, according to our policy. So we always remind our customers to pay more attention to the color choice and the size of the dresses, in order not to receiving the wrong color and size.
As to the size, please measure carefully to get the precise measurements such as bust, waist, hips and hollow to hem, then click the ‘size chart" button on the product page to check it according to the measurements to choose the according US size. If there is no standard size for you, you can click the"customize" to fill in your measurements to customize your dress. Of cause, in this way, people can hardly get their dresses in wrong size.
By the way, usually we suggest having others to measure you instead of yourself to get the measurements much preciser.

Please kindly noted that make-to-order dresses (Wedding & Events category) cannot be return or exchange unless our mistake has led to your dissatisfaction. Dresses in the following circumstances can be returned for an exchange or refund:
1. We shipped you the wrong item
2. We shipped you an item in the wrong color/size
3. We shipped you a defective item
Shipping & Returns
The total time to receive your FancyLadies order is formed by Processing time + Shipping time.
Processing time is vary from different category to category. Normally, Wedding & Occasion category will take 15~20 business days for processing, other categories will take 2~6 business days for processing.
Shipping time will differ from different shipping methods you chosen. Please refer to the below timescale to learn more.
